I took yesterday off - Thursdays are my mental health day this year during Piccolo - but there was a fantastic creative event yesterday when Sara and Alex Radin (Mr. & Mrs. "Artist on Fire"), artists and directors of the Artist on Fire and Piccolo Spoleto-sponsored 17-day Infusion: The Laws of Force and Motion, gave birth to their third child, a boy!

Sheryl Stalnaker, my artist neighbor in the park, gave our group a surprise gift today. She brought her 8 year old daughter Sophie with the cello (which is as big if not bigger than Sophie!) and Sophie gave us a live concert today - Thank you, Sophie! In fact, it was a blisteringly hot day and Sophie may have well made more money from playing some of the artists today...
