What a great opening day for the 2016 Piccolo Spoleto Outdoor Art Exhibition ("PSOAE")! Our show was honored to have Charleston's new Mayor, John Tecklenburg, present the 2016 awards this afternoon for PSOAE. Accompanied by his wife, Sandy, and sporting his "Van Gogh" tie, the Mayor gave out the following ribbons for the award-winning paintings:  

Mayor's Award/Best in Show:  Bob Graham for "Strike of an Eye"

Second Place:  Marissa Vogl for "Summer Promise"
